The successful candidate would be expected to work as part of a team that serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The new member of staff must be able to drive, with their own transport.
Full training will be given to learn the day-to-day running of the business, check and action the appropriate paperwork, and perform cellar work including line cleaning, changing barrels, gas, and other products when required. Responsibilities will also include re-stocking, stock rotation, cleaning, and general housekeeping around the bars and servery. Cash handling and the opening and closing of the business are also required.
The operation of the bed and breakfast facility will also be a responsibility.
We expect candidates to help build the business through excellent interaction with customers, gaining product knowledge to provide qualified answers, great teamwork, and delivering the best customer experience possible.
Support with social media and general daily tasks is standard throughout the company.
The right candidate will understand the importance of professional standards and will have the ability to uphold the company's professional standards.
