Role & Responsibilities:
* Serve as a champion and role model of the organizational culture. Culture is effectively our operating system so a healthy, fruitful and inspirational culture is critical.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives and align human resources and talent management strategies with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
* Partner with the leadership team to drive organization objectives from a people perspective. Promote and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business and ensure fair and equitable recruitment practices.
* Maintain a pulse on the mood of the organization and act as a connection point between leadership and staff.
* Establish systems and practices that promote collaboration, performance, and accountability. Lead all people functions, either directly or through management of a team, including talent acquisition and recruitment, learning and development, total rewards (compensation, benefits, etc.), and employee relations.
* Lead a vibrant and sought after internship programme for the very best young talent. Ensure overall control and careful management of the people in our business.

* Plan and produce engaging team days, team building events and make us the most enjoyable place to work.
* Ensure the smooth running of the office and staff on a day-to-day basis. Take the administrative duties away from the Directors and ensure all meetings, staff training, reviews, holidays, and general office logistical duties are taken care of.
* Help manage the time of the Directors so they can concentrate on developing the business globally.
* Managing the onboarding of new staff, providing ongoing training, and overseeing the smooth departure of team members are essential aspects of this role.
* This includes ensuring that new and existing team members receive continuous training from their respective team leaders, as well as organizing and maintaining regular team-building activities to foster collaboration and cohesion.
Critical Requirements:
* Have at least 15+ years’ experience in a similar or equivalent senior HR leadership role with responsibility for at least 20+ people.
* Be very resilient and resourceful.
* Be charismatic and have exceptional people management skills.
* Have excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
* Exceptional data-driven methods relating to HR and Talent Acquisition.
* Proactive with a proven track record of implementing positive changes to help inspire a young team.
* Understand the required dynamic between Directors and yourself.
* Be the very best people person, able to handle difficult situations with calm and care, be able to inspire, interact with and attract a new generation of talent.
* Be that role model, that calming influence and steady hand.
