Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Manager

Compensation:
* $80,000 – $85,000 + Year-End Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Processing weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including per diems, benefits, and third-party sick pay.
* Overseeing payroll tax payments, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
* Managing union payroll reporting and agreements.
* Administering 401(k) deductions, benefits eligibility, and reporting.
* Ensuring accurate payroll posting to the general ledger.
* Handling certified payroll and OCIP reporting.
* Completing year-end reporting, including W-2s and ACA compliance.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Experience with high-volume payroll processing.
* Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) and HH2 timekeeping is a plus.
* Multi-state payroll experience (AL, TN, GA) is preferred.
* Union payroll knowledge is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
