Client Intake Administrator Belfast Hayward Hawk are delighted to be working in partnership with a professional service client to recruit an entry level Client Intake Administrator on a full time permanent basis. What you'll do: Provide excellent client service, always keeping their needs and expectations in mind. Handle the intake process for new cases, including creating files, entering data, and sending out relevant forms. Manage your own caseload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, while keeping everything organised and up to date. Stay in touch with clients to follow up on missing documents or information, and escalate any issues as needed. Collaborate with the team, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page. Contribute to team meetings and give feedback to help improve processes. What you'll need: Great client service skills and a positive, helpful attitude. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, but also be a team player. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions with guidance. Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other tools like VisaTrax, SharePoint, and iManage.
