The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is offering a 12-month Development Assistant placement, providing hands-on experience in arts administration and fundraising.
The role involves assisting across the LSO’s Development department, including individual giving, corporate fundraising, events, and trust & foundation work. Key responsibilities include supporting membership schemes, donor correspondence, event administration, and database management. The role offers an opportunity to project manage specific tasks as the placement progresses. Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, an interest in fundraising, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The position is based at the Barbican Centre with some remote work flexibility. The salary is £25,750 per annum, with benefits including 25 days annual leave and free concert tickets.
