Our Team We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Delivery Manager within the Infrastructure section of the Cyber & Ops, Delivery Assurance team within the Technology Operations & Cyber Security Organisation (TOCS). The Infrastructure Project Management Team are responsible for the delivery of Infrastructure on behalf of the bank to ensure that we have resilient and performant platforms for our Customer facing and Internal Colleague services. The Change, Delivery Manager role is part of the Leadership Team for the wider Infrastructure Delivery Assurance Team, who, in addition to delivery of Infrastructure are also responsible for all aspects of Infrastructure Design and Commodity Services. What you’ll be doing Leading a team of experienced Infrastructure Project Managers to deliver the One Plan Infrastructure Portfolio of projects and Infrastructure Deliverable for other areas of the bank. Demonstrating your experience of project management disciplines to provide oversight, including Project and/or Programme planning, RAID Management, Financial Planning/Management and Resource Management. Leading and coordinating teams of diverse resources across multiple geographic sites and engaging effectively with external 3rd party service providers and partners. Managing senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure project / programme objectives are delivered. Demonstrating personal flexibility and encouraging flexibility by other team members in pursuit of achieving project objectives on schedule, on budget and to the required standards. Taking accountability, assessing situations and making critical decisions when you or your team are faced with complex demands and issues that can, and will, arise throughout the project lifecycle. Liaison with IT suppliers with regards to plan deliverables and problem resolution. Contributing value to Infrastructure Delivery Management Team and the wider Technology Operations & Cyber Security community through effective participation in formal and informal meetings or departmental activities. We need you to have A strong track record of managing and leading a high performing team. Demonstrable experience in a complex project delivery environment. Highly articulate with exceptional communication and inter-personal skills. The capability to positively challenge, push boundaries, and bring fresh thinking to the role Proven stakeholder management skills, such as face-to-face communications and the creation of Management Information material. Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, both in Operational and Delivered Risk. It’s a bonus if you have but not essential Project management qualifications or training in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Sound business acumen and judgment.
