Description
* Assess and input new leases and maintain existing lease data in BDO Lead, Accounting system, lease trackers and registers, including investigation and processing of corrections, in line with internal processes, policies, controls and the requirements of IFRS 16.
* Investigate and resolve queries in lease mailbox.
* Liaise with finance, legal, property and other teams across IVC to gather relevant information and clear outstanding issues.
* Support Lease Administrators on day-to-day tasks and field queries of higher complexity from other teams.
Profile
A successful Lease Administrator should have:
* Understanding of basic IFRS 16 lease accounting
* Experience handling lease agreements or similar documents
* Good communication skills
* Can-do attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Competent IT skills, including Excel
