Job Description
Key Responsibilities
9. Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, making beds as well as replenishing linen and guest supplies.
10. Being friendly, approachable and helpful with customers and team members.
11. Working to deadlines.
12. Attending team meetings and sharing ideas.
13. Attention to detail, reporting any room damage to supervisors.
14. Flexibility to perform other duties as required.
15. The ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons, evenings and bank holidays.
16. Awareness of all Health and Safety procedures within the hotel, including the use of cleaning chemicals.

Experience
17. Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
