Working as a Quality Coordinator
As a Quality Coordinator, you are a quality assurance expert who enables Sectra to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. You will be part of the Quality Assurance department and work closely with senior system engineers, project managers, and application specialists to ensure compliance with interoperability frameworks and standards. You will develop a strong understanding of Hospital IT systems, communication, and interoperability frameworks and standards that can be leveraged across the entire Health IT domain.
You often work with customers in a specific region, but since we follow the same processes across the Sectra world, this is also a role with plenty of opportunities to work abroad for a shorter or longer period of time.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Manage and coordinate quality assurance within the company.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with their compliance needs.
* Help monitor quality assurance and compliance for internal external audits.
* Ensure compliance with relevant information security and quality standards and regulations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in line with company policy.

* Relevant certifications in information security or project management (e.g., CISSP, PMP).
* Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems.
* Knowledge of healthcare and medical devices industry.
