Based in London, selling properties in London and the UK to Turkish buyers/investors.
Role & Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of clients – handling calls and email enquiries in a professional manner.
* Managing applicants on database.
* Arranging and conducting virtual viewings with prospective buyers.
* Canvassing for instructions, negotiating deals, liaising with developers, applicants, brokers, and solicitors.
* Handling enquiries generated from digital campaigns and providing feedback to the digital team.
* Show initiative and the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for Benham & Reeves in Turkey.
Skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English – Essential.
* Fluent in Turkish - Essential.
* Previous property sales experience - Essential.
* Knowledge of the UK and UK property – Beneficial but not essential.
* A strong track record in property sales, exceeding targets, maximising revenue and new business generation.
* Real estate experience in Turkey/Turkish national (lived in Turkey previously).
