About the position:
As the Graphic Designer at Cullen Jewellery, you would be responsible for leading the visual execution of Cullen Jewellery’s brand across all digital and print mediums. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and elevating the brand’s creative identity during a key parental leave period, ensuring all marketing, showroom, and campaign collateral is delivered to the highest standard.
This role is a full-time fixed term position for a period of 12 months as a maternity leave cover.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Take ownership of all graphic design requirements across the business, from concept through to completion.
* Deliver high-quality digital and print assets that reflect Cullen Jewellery’s visual identity and brand values.
* Develop creative concepts and execute designs for email campaigns, social media assets, web content, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Design showroom-related assets, including signage, in-store visuals, and branded environments for new store openings.
* Maintain and develop brand assets, including templates, visual guidelines, and design systems.
* Prepare artwork for production, ensuring pixel-perfect output across digital and printed formats.
What are we seeking?
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role, with a strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating recent work.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (After Effects or Premiere Pro highly desirable).
* Proven experience creating assets across digital and print, including email marketing, social media, brochures, packaging and digital banners.
* Excellent design fundamentals, including layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
* Strong attention to detail and quality assurance in all deliverables.
