Overview
As part of our continued investment in marketing technology, this role will support the implementation, testing, and use of our new vouchering and promotions system, Talon One. The role requires excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, a curious, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn. There will be lots of support for you in the role as part of a busy customer marketing team and it is therefore ideal for somebody looking to start a career in customer marketing.
Internally this role is known as CRM Audience Executive. This is a 6-month fixed term contract/secondment opportunity.

Responsibilities
1. Implement and manage targeted vouchering and promotional campaigns across multiple channels (. email, direct mail).
2. Oversee the audience selection process for vouchering and promotional campaigns.
3. Utilize CRM tools and platforms to set up, test and monitor campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
4. Ensure all vouchering and promotional activities comply with relevant regulations (. GDPR) and industry best practices.
5. Using a brief, create vouchers in our system (Oracle BCC)
6. Create replica vouchers from brief in Talon One
7. Create back up codes as required.
8. Test each system and then across both systems to ensure consistency and to ensure that the customer journey is effective.
9. Accurately and promptly document the results of testing.
10. Collaborate with the Pricing team on the set up of codes for product related offers across both systems (Oracle BCC and Talon One).
11. Test the codes once set up and accurately and promptly document the results of testing,
12. Report on the performance of vouchers to key stakeholders.
13. Resolve issues with promotions and vouchers working with Talon One, App support, Pricing team and other key stakeholders as required.
14. Liaise with loss prevention on potential abuse of vouchers/codes.
15. Prepare and issue launch briefs for all CRM related codes to our operations teams.
16. Collaborate with cross functional teams including CRM, data analytics, technology and business stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
17. Strong data and analytical skills, including strong Excel skills.
18. Experience working with complex data an advantage.
19. Good problem solving and numerical skills.
20. Detail oriented, with a structured and logical approach to tasks.
21. Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
22. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage many tasks at once.
23. Experience in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word would be highly advantageous– including creating and amending presentations, using basic formulas, and formatting Word documents.
