We are looking for an AI Architect Thought Leader with extensive experience in designing AI solutions to drive innovation and strategic direction This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape the future of customer experience through artificial intelligence Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic vision for AI implementation in contact center operations Develop and articulate thought leadership content through white papers presentations and speaking engagements Guide crossfunctional teams in implementing cuttingedge AI solutions Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation Evaluate emerging AI technologies and their potential application Mentor teams on AI best practices and implementation strategies Required Qualifications Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science AI or related field 12 years of experience in AIML development and implementation 5 years of specific experience with contact center AI solutions Experience with Azure AI and cloud services such as Azure OpenAI Azure ML Azure DevOps etc. Proven track record of successful AI strategy development Strong understanding of NLP chatbots and voice analytics Experience with contact center platforms like Genesys Skills Generative AI Azure OpenAI Contact or Call centre Analytics Genesys
