As a Strategic Manufacturing Graduate, you will be working in the assurance team on enabling and project assurance work. This entails supplier approval, supplier capability, and onboarding processes. You will also be working on project assurance and governance of the SM processes both internally and externally with suppliers. Duties and Responsibilities
* Compile and deliver Assurance/Governance metrics for Monthly Quality Review to Principal QM.
* Support and Drive WSUMs/DSUMs as required and drive actions to completion.
* Risk and opportunities governance/assurance around embodiment of the work.
* Root Cause analysis at an overarching level across all suppliers for holistic improvements across all suppliers.
* Upfront enabling/stage gate review support & down selection of suppliers' work scopes.
* Improving & developing internal processes and working with internal stakeholders to improve BAE inputs to suppliers.
* Leading/driving supplier improvements across SM suppliers including jig suppliers.
