As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, overseeing service processes, and delivering exceptional customer care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer paperwork and administrative tasks
2. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
3. Communicating with customers throughout the service or repair process
4. Processing payments and following up on outstanding actions
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor (preferred, but not essential)
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. A proactive attitude with a drive to meet goals and deliver results
4. Ability to work well under pressure
