We are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer or Manager to join our busy and well-established team in Portsmouth.
We will consider applications from both those with legal qualifications or relevant experience in compliance.
You will oversee the Compliance for the office to ensure continued compliance with our Anti Money Laundering and Risk Management regulations, in particular:
* Supporting staff with compliance regulations
* Recording findings and ensuring any issues are rectified
* Source of Funds checks for the Commercial and Residential teams
* Assisting with external audits, such as Lexcel and CQS
* Liaising with management.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Attention to detail is key and comprehend information thoroughly
* Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal and conflict managing skills
* Proven experience managing with AML and/or Legal compliance is preferred but not essential, however some knowledge of commercial and/or residential conveyancing is required.
