Active Recruitment is currently working with a Mainstream Primary School in Harlow, looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in making an impact for students with special educational needs including autism, behavioral issues, and SEMH.
Roles and responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
* Assist students with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behavior, and SEMH.
* Support students with special needs in their learning.
* Demonstrate skill and initiative while working with young people.
