Behaviour Mentor
A friendly and welcoming primary school situated in High Wycombe is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join them at the end of September 2024. The school is looking for a strong, determined, and driven individual who is eager to work with a Special Needs Student with behavioural needs (SEMH).
Are you looking to work in a primary school where there are ample opportunities to develop and attend training?
Do you have experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant?
Do you have experience working with SEMH?

Position Details:
1. Primary Support - Behaviour Mentor
2. Primary School located in High Wycombe
3. Full time
4. Work closely with Inclusion Manager
5. Long-term Position
The ideal candidate will be passionate, hard-working, and eager to grow and develop their skills and career. The position is 5 days a week, working with a SEN student with challenging behaviour on a 1-1 basis. The school is based in High Wycombe and works with a KS2 student with SEMH needs.
