A new and exciting opportunity has risen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a bespoke furniture studio This role requires a hard working candidate who enjoys tackling many tasks in their day and working within a varied environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Speaking with clients, dealing with any inquiries from clients/ suppliers in a professional manner. Effectively manage customer’s expectations following company policies and procedures. Communicate and record details of action taken always following up with the appropriate customer/ supplier. Booking appointments and following up with clients as and when is required Processing remedials and office supply orders as and when necessary. Ordering appliances and accessories for clients as and when necessary. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. General administrative duties Knowledge of MS Office We are looking for an individual with exceptional administration and customer service skills, strong organisation skills and proficient in Ms Office.
