In this role, you will function as a key point of contact, handling both first and second-level support. First-line support involves responding to queries from clients through various communication channels, while second-line support requires knowledge of compliance to resolve issues and collaborating directly with clients on payroll-related matters. Key Responsibilities
1. Manage client queries via phone and email.

Requirements
