Key Responsibilities:
* Processing monthly payroll of all staff.
* Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments.
* Reducing balances and resolving payment issues.
* Liaising with staff and partners.
* Managing ER – performance and absence management.
* Providing support to other members of the company.
* Develop production plans and track progression.
* Supporting onboarding
Skills & Experience required:
* 4/5 years HR Advisory experience
* Thorough understanding of employment law and legislation
* Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
* Versatile and adaptable
