Learn more about Executive Accelerators Work you will do In this role, as a Senior Analyst you will provide support to multiple teams within Executive Accelerators by focusing on revenue assurance, data management, operational integrity, and financial reporting. Project level responsibilities: Responsible for monthly financial close activities, including preparing journal entries,and account reconciliation Create and maintain recurring financial reports or ad hoc reports as needed Accurately enter and update data into Salesforce, as well as identify and correct anyerrors or discrepancies in the data Manage the invoice submission process and ensure timely vendor payment Maintain documentation of data entry procedures, guidelines, and standard operatingprotocols Collaborate with teammates and/or stakeholders to clarify data requirements andresolve issues Continue to improve quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistencyof data entry processes Achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency while maintaining accuracy Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, or leveragetechnology tools to improve efficiency Skills & Competencies Required Ability to manage simultaneous workstreams, respond to real-time requests, and adhere to tight deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, interpretive) Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude and a track record of delivering high performance Confidence to ask relevant questions and provide innovative ideas Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Eager to build relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting Able to document processes and suggest enhancements to foster a continuous improvement culture Contribute to active knowledge development and share best practices to achieve common team goals Natural proclivity of proactiveness in problem solving Ability to create spreadsheets with complex formulas Qualifications required: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data entry, data analysis, and financial reporting Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel for financial modeling/reporting Experience with data analytics software (e.g. Tableau, power bi) with a focus on data extraction and synthesis Preferred: Experience in a professional services firm Executive presence and ability to interact with all levels within the firm, including leadership Team player with a high level of professionalism and a “customer focus” mentality Experience working with Salesforce application Work location and timings: Location: Hyderabad Work Timings: 2:00pm – 11:00pm IST CBG_ExecAcc CBG_Research Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
