Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor based in the Nottinghamshire area to provide targeted tuition, both one-to-one and in small groups, outside the classroom. The successful candidate will support students in achieving essential Functional Skills in English and/or Math, with a focus on those who have been identified as most in need of additional support.
The role involves helping students gain confidence and proficiency in functional skills that are critical for their educational and personal growth. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to design and deliver lesson plans tailored to the needs of each learner.
We are looking for:
* An experienced tutor or teacher with a proven track record of supporting progress in Functional Skills and strong organizational skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
* An engaging and motivational approach to teaching, with the confidence to inspire students to reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
