About the team
Our team works across integrated and standalone campaigns to research, develop strategies for, execute, and evaluate every type of PR, social media and content activity. From influencer campaigns, to SEO strategy, to social content, to brand partnerships and beyond – we run towards every new challenge!
Summary of the role
As a Social Media Account Manager at IMA, you will drive Social Media strategy and activation, working across all disciplines in PR, Social and Content. You'll be proactive, dynamic and have experience in bringing a brand to life over multiple channels. We're looking for someone who has loads of ideas and the experience of working with campaigns across all social platforms, ensuring client work is delivered on time, within budget and delighting the client along the way with the quality of output and communications.
Some responsibilities of the Social Media Account Manager role will include:
* Developing social strategies that are on brief and fit for purpose, then managing the team to deliver on time, in budget and meeting campaign KPIs
* Recommending content type in line with brief and clients’ objectives for best results
* Developing great social ideas, writing press releases, web content and social captions
* Social content capture and editing
* Scheduling, posting and boosting content
* Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends and developments across all social media
* Managing & supporting team members to deliver on PR, Social and Content work, integrating with wider client teams
