As a Systems Analyst, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing central information systems, ensuring the timely delivery of data crucial for decision-making. The Role Playing a crucial role as a team member in a major Group ERP Upgrade project. Offering 1st/2nd line support for core systems, notably the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). Effectively executing and overseeing projects, encompassing the formulation of precise specifications, scheduling project team resources, project reporting, issue management, and change control. Conducting system testing in accordance with best practices. Collaborating extensively with both internal and external suppliers and customers. Analysing existing systems and business processes, conducting necessary gap analyses, and suggesting enhanced solutions. Performing requirements analysis and preparing detailed proposals for modified or alternative systems. Cooperating with external and/or internal suppliers and customers to ensure seamless integration and data exchange across different systems. The Experience: Strong experience supporting MS Dynamics (or other CRM systems) Robust business skills with the ability to translate internal and external requests into effective system solutions. Possession of a 3rd-level qualification or equivalent in an IT-related field, accompanied by a minimum of 1 years experience in the field or a related area. Demonstrated teamwork skills are crucial. Proven experience in End-to-End system implementation. Working knowledge of SQL Server. Desirable: Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central. Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps. Additional advantage with skills in database administration.
