They are seeking x2 Senior Estimators to join their innovative team, driving the growth of modular construction projects across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will:
* Deliver detailed and accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects.
* Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project teams to optimise cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
* Analyse project requirements and specifications, ensuring innovative solutions meet client expectations.
* Contribute to the growth and success of the business by driving effective estimating processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in estimating within the construction or modular building industry.
* Strong understanding of cost control, material procurement, and project scheduling.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
* A proactive team player eager to contribute to the modular construction revolution.
