Senior Administration Officer Hours of work: 37 per week (Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm) Term Time, plus 3 additional weeks Salary Details: FTE £26,918 - £29,616 Job Start Date: ASAP Contract/Hours: Ideally temporary to permanent however immediate Permanent placements can be offered for suitable applicants Location of Role: Near Totton You will be working within a Hampshire local authority maintained special school that provides education for children and young people with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties, many of whom have autism. We are seeking a hardworking and efficient Senior Admin Officer to join and lead, a friendly school office team. The role of Senior Admin Officer is central to the effective running of the school’s day to day communication and administration. Experience in school administration is highly desirable The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work quickly, be self-motivated, flexible, trustworthy and have excellent organisation skills. They need to be able to communicate at all levels and be committed to supporting the welfare of the children. Managing a small team, you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support ensuring that a high quality and effective service is delivered at all times, including providing administrative support for the Headteacher and Senior Leaders. The candidate will also need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
