An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals into our highly motivated pensions team. The pension team are in need of hardworking and dedicated people to join a thriving fast-paced environment, as a Pensions Practitioner on a 6 Month Fixed Term contract.
The role will be based at West Midlands Fire Service Headquarters, supported by an agile working policy which allows for a combination of both home and office working arrangements.
Responsibilities The successful candidates will be responsible for helping clear the backlog of queries, be willing to undertake training and provide support with calculations and a dealing with a full range of pension activities.
Experience and skills
Desirable - The successful applicant will hold or be working toward an appropriate professional qualification and will have previous relevant experience, preferably within the Public Sector or a large private sector employer.
