Recycling Operative
The opportunity – SourceCo are proud to work in partnership with a leading waste recycling centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team that are expanding rapidly.
Hours of work – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 08:00am – 18:00pm
Pay rates - £11.44 per hour
Start date - Immediate starts available
Location – Malvern
Job type - Temporary ongoing position which may lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate
What does the Recycling Operative role involve?
* mixture of work – Picking and cleaning
* Labouring i.e. sweeping & shovelling
* Operate small Plant equipment to ensure no blockages and keeping the area clean etc
* Directing Traffic
* Assisting the general public
Additional Benefits: Canteen facilities, ongoing training, this role may lead to permanent for the successful candidate.
Minimum experience, training or qualifications required
* Self-motivated with a positive and ‘right first time’ attitude
* Have the ability to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
* Flexible to meet the overall requirements of the business
* Maintain safe working practices
* Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
