As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a BIM Coordinator based in our Putney studio. About the Role This role sits within our BIM Team and supports our architectural teams working on high-profile sports and entertainment projects in the UK and overseas. Based in our London office, you will work closely with project teams to coordinate and efficiently deliver large, complex projects and associated BIM deliverables. Key responsibilities include: Setup, management and maintenance of Revit models. Administration of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project hub. Support and guidance to the architectural team aligned with best practice workflows. Ensuring team adherence to office and project standards. Maintaining the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Coordinating with external consultants. Undertaking digital coordination activities, including running clash detection, hosting workshops and producing associated reports. Facilitating the delivery of agreed project BIM deliverables. Key requirements include: Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree or equivalent. Experience managing projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Experience working as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large-scale projects across all project stages. Advanced Revit skills with the ability to problem-solve and teach others. Experience leading cross-discipline BIM coordination. Experience in clash detection activities and producing clash reports. Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 Building Information Modelling. Experience working with BIM Execution Plans. Experience in ensuring adherence to project BIM and information standards. Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage. Experience delivering COBie is beneficial but not essential. Experience undertaking clash detection in Revizto is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of plugins such as Ideate, DiRoots, PyRevit and Dynamo is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and interoperability workflows with Revit is beneficial but not essential. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills. Ability to support and guide team members and influence others. Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
