Job Overview
We are seeking a marketing consultant to assist in planning and executing projects while aligning with the preferences and needs of diverse consumer segments, businesses, and target audiences across multiple social media platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Engages in discussions with senior executives to gain insights into the company’s business operations, products, or services;
- Develops comprehensive proposals detailing work plans and estimated costs based on market analysis;
- Designs and implements social media strategies by conducting competitive research, selecting appropriate platforms, benchmarking, crafting messages, and identifying target audiences;
- Creates, edits, publishes, and shares daily content, including original text, images, and videos—to foster engagement and encourage community participation;
- Works with relevant departments to assess and implement necessary adjustments in areas such as design, pricing, packaging, and marketing;
- Tracks the performance of company campaigns and maintains communication across multiple channels (e.g., WeChat, Rednote, TikTok) to identify potential improvements.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing or digital media specialization within the property sector;
- Strong skills in writing, editing (photo, video, text), presentation, and communication;
- Proven expertise in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools;
- Solid understanding of online marketing and major digital marketing channels;
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail, customer focus, and strong multitasking and organisational skills;
- Effective time management and strategic planning abilities;
- Proficiency in foreign languages, such as Mandarin, is increasingly valuable;
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Adobe software.
