Sales Support Administrator
Our client, a prominent leader in the tourism industry whom we've supported for a number of years, is gearing up for their busy season and is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations while boosting sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days over 7 (weekend work required)
Pay Rate: £12 - £13 per hour
Duration: Temporary assignment starting ASAP until the end of the summertime
What is expected from you?!
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service and address enquiries promptly
Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately (dealing with quotations, date input using Excel, email and web chat management, taking payments and other ad-hoc admin tasks required from the business)
Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell products and services
