Requirements:
* Driving Licence & Own Vehicle: Essential due to the nature of the role, which involves providing care in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas such as Caister, Hemsby, Ormesby, Rollesby, and Filby. Business insurance is also required.
Shift Patterns:
* Block Shifts: Choose from shifts running from 07:00-14:30 and 15:30-20:00. You can sign up for as many shifts as you like, with the service operating 7 days a week.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Enablement: Supporting individuals to learn or relearn skills.
* Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Meal Preparation: Supporting customers with their nutritional needs.
* Administering Medication: Including more complex interventions depending on your training level.
* Encouraging and Supporting Customers: In various activities.
* Maintaining Records: Including customer care logs and medication administration records.
