About the role
You will manage a team, including Crisis Recovery Workers (CRWs), Peer Support Workers (PSW), and Volunteers to achieve the best person-centred care with the client for their recovery.
As a Team Manager, you will:
* Deliver exceptional, client-focused services, managing referrals, assessments, support plans, and risk management.
* Lead and support a team of dedicated staff, providing induction, supervision, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding, and MHM policies.
* Manage resources effectively, including staffing, finances, and contractual requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and provider groups.
* Actively promote MHM’s values and services, fostering a positive image of mental health care.
About You
As a Team Manager, you will provide a welcoming, safe, supportive, and non-clinical environment that promotes opportunities for our recovery-focused service to clients who have a range of mental health needs.
You will establish links to the crisis and home treatment teams, hospital liaison, street triage, and other partners to promote independence and social inclusion.
* Qualifications: You hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or an equivalent related field.
* Experience: You have a proven track record in recovery-based services, managing teams, and meeting performance targets.
* Skills: You are a strong communicator, an effective leader, and highly organized, with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
* Knowledge: You understand wellbeing and recovery models, safeguarding, equality, and diversity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
