JR221: Sales Executive
Location: Kendal, Cumbria
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum +3% Commission + Bonus
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Executive on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in a professional manner.
2. Provide advice to customers regarding the purchase of a holiday home.
3. Help customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
4. Follow up on telephone leads and enquiries made face to face.
5. Handle and deal with customer queries relating to warranty and after-sales issues.
6. Monitor and help proactively resolve after-sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with owners, holidaymakers, internal and external customers.
8. Gain feedback from both owners and holidaymakers on the services and facilities provided on park.
9. Undergo specific training as indicated by the Manager as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
4. Good IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Good organisational skills.
7. Ability to manage own workload.
8. Team working.
9. Previous experience of working in a sales-driven role is essential.
