Working within a team you will provide nursing care to patients and support to their carers within a clinic setting. Angus Health and Social Care Partnership is in the implementation phase of Transforming Primary Care Services and part of this new work is to develop and embed a new model to provide treatment room care for patients in Angus. You will be a first level adult registered nurse with a desire to develop your career in the community. You will be well organised and have excellent communication skills.
