About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team with a primary focus on supporting recruitment activities for the growing business and new projects. This role involves supporting the recruitment process to ensure effective talent acquisition while assisting the project manager in providing the HR framework for the new project. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Support line manager in managing the overall talent acquisition progress to meet the needs of the business and new projects, working in conjunction with our internal Talent and resourcing teams. Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand workforce planning and assist in creating detailed job descriptions, benchmarking and hiring plans. Assist with interview coordination and onboarding activities to ensure alignment with project milestone requirements and internal processes. Projects and Initiatives Support project management by assisting in introducing and integrating HR processes for new projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business goals. Coordinate and oversee HR policies, tools, templates, and training programs to ensure compliance with current legislation and alignment with the practical needs and smooth implementation of the new projects. Review existing benefits and explore new offerings tailored to the needs of the new business and its evolving employee requirements to drive improvements. Oversee invoice processing and reconciliation for the project providing analysis of HR spend related to new projects to ensure budget alignment and cost efficiency. HR Advisory and Project Management Support Provide support to ensure all HR milestones of new projects are met in a timely and efficient manner. Support HR Project Manager in managing the development of the HR framework for new projects, provide expert HR advice on policies, procedures, and best practices grounded in the established foundation. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and HR. Experience of supporting with TUPE transfers. Assist with the onboarding process for international assignees, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to company policies. Experience to succeed Wide range of HR experience in advising line managers on the full range of complex employee relations matters and organisational design. Professional and proactive approach to enable managers to achieve their objectives through coaching and the provision of HR advice that is prompt, persuasive, effective, and evaluates risk. Excellent judgment in HR matters with a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice. Efficiency and timely manner in delivery.
