Job summary To work as part of the Change and Transformation to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the wider team, including Head of Change and Transformation, Clinical Lead, Programme and Project Managers and Project Support Officers. Main duties of the job Activities could include: - Efficient and effective diary management service and the co-ordination of diaries working with the senior leadership team, as required - Plan and prioritise all correspondence, to optimise working patterns, for Programme Managers or groups/committees, guiding them to work in a more agile manner - Act as an ambassador for The Change and Improvement Team as being part of a team supporting identified colleagues or groups and ensuring professional standards and adaptable style of communication are demonstrated - Have a basic working knowledge of senior management structures and committees and their portfolios. - Support data input to data systems (Integra, ESR and Supply Chain) for The Change and Improvement Team. - Assist the senior Leadership team and Programme and Project Team Managers to collate and coordinate information and generate reports and formal documents using appropriate software with a high level of accuracy required specific to the day-to-day management of a team. - Contribute to the regular Team meetings / planning process and undertake a proactive approach in planning, and be responsible for organising multidisciplinary meetings, conferences and events as required, within own area of responsibility defined within work plan.
