Salary: £27,325 per annum plus performance bonus!
Type: Permanent
Working Days: Thursday to Monday (40 hours per week)
Location: Field-based, covering Central Territories such as London & the South East, and Northern Ireland territories

Role Overview:
As a Field Manager, you'll lead a team of Coffee Advisors representing Nespresso in retail stores like John Lewis and Currys. Your role involves:
1. Spending at least 3 days per week in the field, with other days dedicated to home-based work, training, or collaborating with other managers
2. Visiting and meeting each Coffee Advisor every 4 weeks to provide support and coaching
3. Creating awareness of key campaign focus areas
4. Building and maintaining retailer relationships to deliver insights and expertise
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in team leadership or line management
2. Competent in training and coaching, both one-on-one and in group settings
3. Ready to manage the employment journey from onboarding and training to performance management
4. Possesses a valid driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans
5. Willing to travel regularly and stay overnight occasionally
