Key Responsibilities:
1. Primarily act as solution SME role for various types of authoring related solutions, including automated narrative generation from CDISC data, protocol trial design application, clinical study report automation.
2. Liaise with developers and functional line stakeholders to ensure critical business needs are met with timely delivery of support & solutions including initial implementation, subsequent releases by working closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT).
3. Collaborate with developers and other functional line stakeholders in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
4. Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
5. Tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or life sciences or related field.
2. Proven/extensive relevant experience.
3. Have an understanding of clinical data & its structure (e.g. CDISC standards).
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Vendor and resource management experience.
Preferred Requirements:
1. Knowledge of drug development process, clinical trial methodology, statistics, and pharmaceutical submission documents (such as regulatory, clinical and CMC docs).
2. Experience with content management systems, structured content authoring, and or working with Large Language Models, LLMs.
3. Experience creating/consuming SDTM and ADaM data sets, Tables, Figures and Listings.
4. Strong project management skills including the ability to define the project scope, establish a timeline, coordinate resources, communicate status, and manage the delivery of results.
