Your role will be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish—think of it as being the magic behind the curtain Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistics of events, both large and small. Help with vendor management, including liaising with suppliers and contractors. Organize and track event materials, ensuring everything is ready to go. Provide on-the-day support, including event setup and breakdown. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and guests. Assist with post-event follow-ups and evaluations. Handle administrative tasks like event registration and preparing reports. Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance the attendee experience. What We’re Looking For: A passion for events and creating memorable experiences Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality. Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm when things get busy. Some experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not essential A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
