About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our clients’ social accounts. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and posting engaging content across multiple social platforms to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions. You’ll stay on top of trends, create compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, and ensure the content aligns with each client’s brand voice. You must be comfortable with expected overtime and flexible working hours to meet deadlines and client needs.
You must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be able to analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies. You’ll also engage with followers, respond to comments, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and drives results.
Must have:
1. Previous experience in social media management, filming or marketing is required—please provide examples of your work.
2. Ability to commute/relocate.
3. Can drive and own a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
2. Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content.
3. Manage community engagement—respond to comments, and interact with followers.
4. Stay on top of trends and viral moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
5. Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on insights.
6. Sticking to your schedule and making sure the clients needs are met.
About you:
1. Creative thinker and able to develop ideas.

3. Comfortable working independently and in a group/pair.
4. Capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under pressure.

10. Familiar with editing software (Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
Additional skills:
1. Knowledge filming with cameras such as Sony FX3, FX30, Canon R6.
2. Graphic design history.
3. Understanding of analytics and insights.
4. Previous experience in managing social accounts.

Pay: Competitive & based on experience
Expected hours: 37.5-45 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5
Weekend availability is required. If you work on a weekend, you may request a day off during the week.
Optional work from home on Wednesdays
Pay: £22,880.00-£36,000.00 per year
