SALES SUPPORT ANALYST Location: Horley, Bristol or Blackpool Salary: £22-24k plus benefits Hybrid working Our wonderful client with office locations throughout the UK, is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join their team. You will be required to provide an excellent standard of sales administrative support, effectively maintain, and improve procedures to track and progress sales enquiries from initial contract to order. To support the business in increasing customer satisfaction, ensure key performance indicators are followed and ensure the customer relationship management tool is kept up to date. Responsibilities Provide proactive assistance and support to the sales team. Manage team inboxes. Initially specialise in the removals process and as efficiencies are made supporting other tasks within the team Qualify telephone and email enquiries, directing them accordingly. Accurately capture and process all orders in customer management system (CRM), managing data imported and ensuring it is of high standards. Create and processes maintenance agreements. Adhere to all commercial level agreements, processing and responding to orders and queries within defined SLA’s. Process contracts and variations to contracts, ensuring processing is comprehensive and of high standards. Act as a filter for all new business ordered, cancellations to works and removals from contracts and portfolios. Updating contracts and the customer management system (CRM). Identify issues with and errors in order data and escalate to sales team if unable to resolve. Create new, and manage existing, and monitor portfolio and statistic reports within Microsoft Excel. Provide professionally presented and accurate data as and when requested, either in Microsoft Excel or other formats as appropriate. Maintain up to data and accurate query records in centralised database, including updates to customer information, and contact information. Provide consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous support to customers and colleagues. Demonstrate independent working, ownership of tasks, activities, and projects, using initiative. Proactive liaise with and build rapport with customers and internal departments. Provide proactive use of telephone when following up with emails to always maintain clear audit trails. Ensure Sales Document Pack is maintained, reviewed, and kept up to date. Arrange and set up monthly, weekly in house sales meetings. Attend sales meetings, both internal and external and travel to external offices or other offices when required. Proactively update and create process documents and procedural guides. Participate and provide, when required, regular training and learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge. Work towards successfully delivering set individual and team objectives. Provide training sessions to team members and wider sales team when required. Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge. Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and co-operate with managers to provide safe systems of work. Any other reasonable duties as required.
