About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee the installation and commissioning of fire sprinkler systems on-site. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the installation of sprinkler systems in line with project specifications and British Standards (BS EN 12845 & NFPA).
2. Manage on-site teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
3. Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Conduct site inspections and ensure all health & safety regulations (including RAMS) are strictly followed.
5. Provide technical guidance to the team and troubleshoot any installation challenges.
6. Maintain accurate site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sprinkler Site Supervisor or similar role within the fire protection industry.
2. Strong knowledge of sprinkler system installation and industry regulations (BS EN 12845, NFPA, LPCB).
3. SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).
4. Valid CSCS card (essential).
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure high-quality workmanship.
7. Full UK driving licence.
