Account Director POS- £65,000-£75,000 – Greater London
The Account Director will lead and grow a portfolio of Health & Beauty clients, delivering innovative marketing campaigns and POS activations. This client-facing role requires strong experience with brands and retailers, a solid understanding of 3D POS print and manufacturing, and the ability to manage briefs, budgets, and team performance
.
Key Responsibilitie
* s Maintain a deep understanding of all activities across assigned account
* s.Proactively drive account growth by monitoring client budgets and overall performanc
* e.Accurately forecast revenue across all client accounts in a timely manne
* r.Oversee account team activities with a focus on high-quality internal briefings and the successful execution of key campaign
* s.Ensure the account team adheres to the commercial framework and contractual agreements of each clien
* t.Lead quarterly and annual reviews, incorporating agreed Continuous Improvement Initiative
* s.Report on service delivery using KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and outcome
* s.Promote awareness of the agency’s capabilities and strengths, encouraging client visits to key site
* s.Support the development of team members through regular appraisals, one-to-ones, mentoring, coaching, and succession plannin
* g.Act as the primary escalation point for resolving client issues efficientl
* y.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partner agencie
* s.Foster positive collaboration with internal departments including Creative, Structural, Production, Despatch, and Account
* s.Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and shifts in market conditions to inform client strategy and service deliver
