This is an opportunity to join an expanding sales team in a global company with 16000 employees and over £12 billion in annual revenue. In this field based role, you will be networking within multinational hotel chains and the NHS, plus sourcing your own new clients in the hospitality market. You will be meeting clients on a daily basis to win new business at locations across the whole of Scotland, mainly central belt, utilising your networking skills to grow revenue streams and meet contractual SLA's. Key responsibilities: Prospect, win and develop targeted value new key customers Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Ensure regular calls are made on existing accounts Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Manage existing key accounts in region, both independent and National hospitality accounts and grow in line with budget expectations The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years field sales experience and have a proven track record of meeting new business targets. You will be required to attend client meetings across Scotland, so a driving license is essential. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be highly motivated and driven to succeed. You should also be able to work independently and be confident in building relationships with clients.
