Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Middlesbroughbased within the Looked After Children team. To work in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a LAC Social Worker:
10. Working with looked after Children up to age of 14
11. Cared for Children Permanency planning and court proceedings from the first hearing only
12. Discharging care orders
13. Attending and Participating in Strategy meetings
14. Conducting Looked after Children Reviews
15. Completing Care Plans
16. Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
17. Completing Pathway Plans
18. Completing Children and Family Assessments
19. Multi Agency working with partner agencies
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
20. Social Work England registration
21. Eligible to work in the UK
22. Hold a full UK license
23. Post-qualified experience
24. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
