Client Engagement Manager at The Ink Group
Location: Office or remote (dependent upon your geographical location/ability to commute)
Working time: 20 to 25hrs per week
FTE Salary: £30,000 per year

We are looking for a confident and highly capable individual to provide comprehensive and varied support across key service and operational areas of our business.
Candidates must have exceptional written English and a creative flair that will add value to the evolution of our brand. Equally, you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and stay on top of multiple administrative tasks that are critical to our service delivery.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Marketing
* Preparing both hard and soft copy communications and collateral for clients.
* Managing and maintaining our website and our social media presence (for which some knowledge of/experience in design applications will be useful).
* Maintaining and updating our CRM database (for which Excel experience is essential) and creating associated reports.
* Supporting colleagues with the preparation and issuing of proposals.
* Working on one-off and repeated campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives.
* Interacting with a range of platforms – to include our own client portal.
HR Managed Services
* Formatting and updating handbooks, policies and forms.
* Managing onboarding and offboarding administration tasks – includes working with templates to prepare and issue contractual documentation.
* Processing ad hoc and cyclical data change tasks.
Cross Functional
As required – and where time permits – supporting colleagues with a range of tasks to include proofreading and formatting documents.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Educated to at least A Level.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Highly meticulous with the ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
* First-class organisational and time-management skills, capable of prioritising competing demands.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
* Discreet and trustworthy, particularly when handling sensitive information.
* Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability.
