Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Management Lead at Grafton Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Create and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
* Email Marketing Campaigns: Utilise Klaviyo to design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our brand, voice, and business goals.
* Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer base to deliver personalised and targeted communication.
* Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for engagement.
* Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns including automated workflows and triggered communications.
Requirements:
* Experience with Klaviyo: Proven experience in creating campaigns, setting up rules, segmentation, flows, and production.
* CRM Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role in E-commerce.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
* Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills.
Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
