The People Advisor for HR will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice, guidance, and hands-on support to HR people leaders and teams. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience for our HR professionals globally, in alignment with our organizational culture and strategic priorities. The People Advisor for HR will work in close partnership with the VP, Global HR Strategy & Enablement/HRBP for HR and the aligned HR Account Management Team. Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to HR people leaders and employees, providing insights and solutions on people-related matters and team dynamics; may conduct investigations into confidential matters within the HR function. - Partner with HR people leaders and teams to implement strategies that foster a high-performing, customer-centric, and inclusive culture within the HR function. - In alignment with the Account Management Team, coach and support people leaders as needed during annual cycles (e.g., Goal Setting, Talent Management processes and IM Listening action planning); support and drive all talent-related activities for HR team members across the function. - Collaborate with HR leaders to identify capability gaps and support talent development programs, in partnership with the aligned HR Talent Partner, tailored to HR professionals. - Facilitate initiatives to enhance engagement, well-being, and career progression for HR team members, leveraging feedback to inform continuous improvement. - Drive change management efforts within the HR function to align with organizational priorities and evolving business needs. - Fosters knowledge sharing among HR colleagues by actively collaborating and contributing to the collective knowledge base across the team. - Share knowledge and collaborate with HR colleagues as part of the Account Management team that comes together to serve our businesses and functions. Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred. - 5-7 years of experience in HR advisory or HR Business Partner roles, ideally with exposure to supporting HR teams. - Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and engagement. - Experience with change management, project management, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment. - Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a collaborative manner. - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights and recommendations. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft clear presentations and reports.
